Reminders for outbound: 2 sets of extra clothes, extra footwear, personal medicine, flashlight, headgear, toiletries, towel, plastic for wet clothes and trash. AVOID dark colored shirts and maong pants. USE RED batch shirts, jogging pants, rubbert shoes or sandals(with ankle straps). BRING water and snaks. ASSEMBLY TIME: 5:30 AM (DONT BE LATE). ETD Pisay: 6 AM. ETD BiaknaBato: 4pm. ETA Pisay: 7:30PM. Accomplish waiver for outbound found in blogsites (to be posted later) and submit before boarding. Please pass.

PRE-ENROLMENT PROCEDURE
for B2012, B2013 & B2014
for SY 2011-2012

I. Photo Session for School ID

a. All students must come well-groomed and in proper uniform. Males must be in proper haircut (2” x 3”) and Females sporting long hair should tie their hair.

b. The photo session for the new school ID shall be according to the set schedule shown below. The ID must be worn starting June 1, 2011.

c. If any student misses his/her schedule, he/she will be accommodated only on June 1, 2011 onwards. Each day of non-wearing of the ID shall be one non-compliance.

d. Venue shall be at the 2nd Flr Seminar Room.

a. The Student Directory must be downloaded from this site (click here). Print three (3)copies and fill out completely. (Please print the form on 8-1/2” x 13” long white paper.)

b. Submit five (5) pieces self-seal, white window envelope.

Jaren, Justin, Tin, ilang class pictures kinuha nyo? :)) Anyway…

Class funds! Updated. As in lahat lahat na. Yung Total Balance (yung may color) yung kelangan nyo bayaran :). Well, pwede pa madagdagan, kasi di ko pa alam kung sino kumuha ng batch shirt :)).

Sir Nat scheduled the Outbound Orientation, Career Fair Sign-up, etc. tomorrow after the CEM Exam. Frog dissection sked tom TRANSFERRED TO WED.

ALSO: After our very successful concert. EVERYONE HAS BEEN EXEMPTED from taking the clearance exam. this is for math. and not for the ones that have 4.0 grade
everyone is required to take the CEM Exam tomorrow 8am-1pm.
those who are absent, latecomers and those who will not take the exam seriously will take the clearance exam UNLESS there is a valid excuse.

A. CLASS FUNDS

• The Final CF list will be uploaded later. (Recheck ko lang)
• For those who haven’t paid yet, please pay this week. No pay = no clearance.
• Stuff to be paid: CF (for those who haven’t paid yet), Fair (P250 each), Outbound activity (P1,ooo: I think deretso sa Council ‘to?), and Class pictures (I’ll post the list later)
• Do you want me to buy 10 frogs na? ‘Tas bayaran nyo nalang sa class funds. 🙂

B. LETTERS (Pasa nyo sakin yung reply slips)

• Outbound letter – Letters due on monday. Those who won’t go will have to do comm service on Monday (March 21). Rappelling is free; just bring your parent’s permit.
• Fair Letter – If you have read the letter, you should know na KELANGAN MAGBAYAD NG P250. It’s required to go to the fair since it’s a school activity.
• Reminders for March:
       – 1st – 3rd years can stay at the dorm until March 22 (last day of clearance).
       – RETURNING OF BOOKS IS ON MARCH 17, 8:00 – 9:30 AM. Those who will be taking the removals may return their books later.
       – Pre-enrolment: March 16, 2011 (B2012)

C. SCHEDULE FOR NEXT WEEK

• Monday
       – Benchmarking Test (CEM): 8:00 am – 1:00 pm (Take the test seriously).
  
       – Bio: Frog Dissection: 7:30 am – 3:20 pm (Na, Li, Be, K).
  
            – Bring the ff.:
                 – Frogs (can be obtained from UP NSRI @ around PhP50-70/frog) Ganito nalang. Comment kayo rito kung magpapabili kayo ng frog. Bayaran nyo nalang 🙂
                 – gloves
                 – soap
                 – alcohol
  
       – For those who lost stuff (e.g. glassware) sa Chem, STR and Bio, buy and replace them. (Merong glassware store sa UP Diliman :D)
  
       – STR: Clean your STR setups and return your Lab Manuals for clearance.
  
       – Physics: Buy Stack-o (gusto nyo ko samahan? lol) for the class and let your parents sign your Perios for clearance.
  
       -HANDBOOK: balutin nyo na ng plastic cover and bring it on MONDAY.
  
       -Fair shirt: (I’ll get the list later) – for those who bought, pay P250 to me.
  
       – Career Fair: Sign up for your desired courses. If your desired course is not on the list, tell me or Sir Nat ASAP.
  
       – Socsci: Notebooks are due on Monday. Also, for the names sir called yesterday, you are required to submit an essay answering a question (see posts below).
  

• Tuesday
       – Math Removals: Those listed on the Batch Bulletin Board are required to take this. If you failed the test, you are required to take it until you pass.
  

• Wednesday
       – FAIR: Our booth’s the Salon Booth. We need tons of things for the booth + shifts (3-5 people per shift I guess?). I’ll post a sign up sheet later nalang.
  
       – Pre- enrolment. Details are in the letter and PSHS site.
  Please take note that during the ID picture taking, you must be in proper uniform and grooming.
  

• Thursday
       – Career Fair: You must go to the career you signed up for.
  
       – Bio Field Trip: Yung nakapost sa Bio unit dati lol.
  
       – Returning of books (8:00 – 9:30 am).
  

• Friday
       – Outbound Activity
            -Attire: Red batch shirt or the new batch shirt if mabigay on time, jogging pants are highly encouraged instead of shorts, or maong pants
            -Bring: EXTRA CLOTHES, extra footwear, plastic bags, cap, necessary medicine, toiletries, food, cellphone, etc.

Post-Perio Requirements

Java – LT tom.

Soc Sci – GQ on Fri. consisting of identification, enumeration, multiple choice, and arranging in chronological order. No essays.

Bio 2 – Final output for the potato project due Fri. See Sir Chuckie’s Slideshare for the specs.
Also, when is the toad dissection? It’s going to be on Tuesday.

Fri., Mar. 11 – concert from 6-8 @ 3rd floor audi.

Mon., Mar.14 – Test on Math, Science, and English from 8am-1pm. I believe those required to take the removals are exempted.
Also, Soc Sci notebooks are due on Mon. for those who aren’t exempted (everyone but Kalel, George, and Ian I.)

Mon.-Tues., Mar. 14-15 – Removal exams. Math removal (the real one for those who got 4.00) is on Tues. “The removal exam” (clearance requirement for those who failed the achievement test) is on Mon. For other subjects, the teachers will announce the time of the removal exams to those who have to take them.
Also, for those who didn’t pass the achievement test, you are to write a paper answering the question: If you were to travel back in time to some point in world history, what point in world history would you travel back to and why? Format: 2 pages, 1.5 line spacing, Arial 12. Email to ej5cruz@yahoo.com before Mar. 15.

Wed. – Thurs., Mar. 16-17 – Fair. Attendance is required.
Also, returning of books. There’s a schedule in Cs’s site. (Ours is Mar. 17, 8:00-9:30)

Thurs., Mar. 17 – Career talk. (You must be in the fair the whole time you’re not attending the career talk.)

1. Payments for everything (What is everything? Class funds.)
2. Career plan – 1 page, contains the courses you want to take up. (What’s the format?)
3. Class scrapbook containing the formal prom pics
4. Student’s Handbook covered with plastic
5. Physics 2 – One Uno Stacko set per class (Maglalaro lang sila dun eh XD)

Pota! We had the booth bidding for fair last Thursday, and we got the Salon booth for Php 5,200! (Php 2,500 from Rb :D). The specs for the booth are due on Wednesday, 9 March 2011. And uh. Kelangan po natin bawiin yung 5.2k na yan sa fair. Kaya, Suggestions para sa magandang name ng booth, prices, conditions, etc. please ;;).

Anyway, ibabalik din naman yung half ng binid sa’tin. So, babalik yung Php 2,600. Pero half lang rin kasi Rb pa (na may utang pang Php 100.00 sa K). So, Php 1,300 babalik satin 😀

Anyway uli. Dahil sa binayad sa Salon booth, K currently has Php 3,331.00 remaining. And, last week na next week, so guys, (including me lol), please pay the class funds next week :). Hanggang Friday lang, kasi due next next week yung Class financial report. If you want to be cleared, please pay. 🙂
